Trainer. Navigator. Edge 705 pushes you to do your best, then shows you the way back. This GPS-enabled cycle computer knows no limits. Edge 705 comes with a microSD card slot for adding map detail and storing workouts, courses and saved rides. Also included is a wireless heart rate monitor to measure your heart rate and track your heart rate zone, operating with Garmin’s innovative ANT + Sport wireless technology. Edge 705 automatically measures your speed, distance, time, calories burned, altitude, climb and descent, and records this data for your review. Connected to your computer via USB, you can then download your workout data, analyze it and store it. You can even share it wirelessly with other Edge 705 buddies without being near the computer. When it comes to the curve of workout technology, Garmin takes you to the Edge.

User Ratings and Reviews

3 Stars Out of Date Technology
As you can probably tell from my title, I’m a bit dissapointed with the Garmin Edge 605. First I realized that NO maps come with the edge. You must buy them for around $100 each. (I don’t really call the included freeway maps relevant to a bike computer.) Anyway, you must find the “Trainer” application on their web site. When you run it, it has all the sophistication of software written for PCs in the early 90s. It also crashes often just like the 90s software. (To be fair, it says you can install Google earth to see your tracks on top of Google maps.)

Last week I purchased a Droid Motorola phone. I found a free app under the “Market”, in Lifestyles category called “My Tracks”. This app tracked my route as well as the Garmin, and it has better maps, I just tap a menu item to send it to my google account. If you are thinking of buying a Garmin or any handheld GPS you should really consider instead just buying a Droid. Don’t fool around with multiple devices especially while biking.

Now here’s a “however”: I have no mount for the Droid for my bike. It just goes where I always keep my cell phone. So this could be the clincher for sticking with the separate Garmin GPS. But I’ll bet dollars to donuts that bike mounts for the Droid will be showing up soon.

After using the Droid and My Tracks, Garmin has some major catching up to do.

4 Stars Great gadget
This is a great exercise computer/GPS. I had a bicycle shop install it but in watching the process installing on your own does not seem difficult. It is easy to use with plenty of video clips available on Garmin’s site and Youtube to help out. Use any number of websites to plot a course and easily download to the unit. Only gripe: the unit does not exactly follow the course you map out and has you making turns where you did not indicate because it is looking to take the fastest route. Be sure to check out Edge’s minsite on Garmin: [...].

4 Stars Pleased
I like the unit, but Garmin is just confounding. The unit itself is nice. Only missing feature, for me, is that it does not tell me the current temperature. But I was blown away by all of the data that you can get from it.

Oh yeah, there’s so much data that I am disappointed in how limited the unit’s views are. They give me a standard data view, but you only get 1 page. What I’d like is the ability to create 1 or more pages and then as I am riding I should be able to cycle between them. You can already cycle between data / map / elevation – but I want multiple data pages (2 would do it for me).

As for Garmin – man what a confusing mess. They have so many software options (Base Camp, Training Center, Map Source, and website Garmin Connect). But the biggest complaint I have is the maps. I get that the maps are their bread and butter, but it is very confusing as to how and what to purchase, and in what form factor. Also, very bummed that I have to spend $100 every time I want the map updated for the unit (I have the Citi Nav North America SDcard as well as the Great Lakes 24K Topo card).

All in all, however, I say thumbs-up.

Oh, and I am using heart rate monitor and cadence sensor – all works goods.

5 Stars Garmin Edge 705
I absolutely love this purchase! Very easy to install and use. I particularly like the integration with Training Center. Routes and performance can be uploaded to a computer and compared to other rides. Very cool. The map on Training Center leaves much to be desired, but the ability to overlay over Google Earth is nice.

4 Stars Serious bicyclists need this, but be aware that you will need tech supp
An odd mix of positives and negatives:

Pros:

Incomparable data graphs of numerous measured parameters during your ride, permitting quantification of training beyond anything even dreamed of a couple of decades ago.

All the other well-known advantages of GPS to display current location and to be able to plan routes and courses (as well, of course, as showing details of ridden courses).

The variety, choice, and arrangement of displayed measurements (the `fields’) are just amazing. Essentially, you can put on the screen virtually whatever you want and wherever you want it, and the screen is high resolution (as is required, to be sure, for detailed maps).

Heart-rate and cadence are reliably detected. Heart-rate is intelligently smoothed (but will detect tachycardia).

Tech support is US based and, therefore, native English speaking (unfortunately, it is needed far too often).

Battery life is good enough for a very long ride – I suspect easily over 10 hours (if back-lighting is not over-used).

Cons:

No temperature sensor

Barometer does not permit user calibration, thereby insuring that it can only be accurate in the accident of exactly the right weather (as atmospheric pressure, which it is actually measuring, varies with the weather). Why the maker would have done this is incomprehensible. Since the weather changes constantly, the indicated `elevation’ changes, even though you have not moved. Moreover, because there is no temperature sensor, the barometer transducer cannot be temperature compensated, inducing the inevitability of yet another error in that measurement. Consequently, I was able to watch the elevation drift from plus 150 feet to minus (!!) 200 feet in the space of a few minutes (the actual elevation was 245 feet). Finally, it is quite possible to have the device show a difference in altitude for the beginning and end of the ride of over 50 feet, even when you start and finish at the same place (with no perceptible change in weather)! At the very least, the user should be able to calibrate the instrument at the start of a ride (provided, of course, that he knows the elevation at that starting point). This would help ensure that `elevation’ (altitude) measurements at any point on the ride will be reasonably accurate.

The user manual is woefully inadequate. Example: you are told that, at a rate of 1 second intervals for route recordings, the device will begin to overwrite previous data after about 4.5 hours (without warning!). You are encouraged to `reset’ the device after 4 hours. What you are not told is what happens to your data in this circumstance (it turns out that, fortunately, it is saved!). Example: There is virtually no explanation of how `calories’ are calculated. If you are not using a power sensor, this number has to be interpolated from some algorithm. There is no information about this whatsoever in the manual and, you can obtain virtually nothing on this subject from Garmin tech support even over the phone! (I personally believe – admittedly, without quantitative proof – their calculation for calories burned to be grossly inaccurate, perhaps by as much as a factor of 2 too high.) Example: the `save location’ feature has 3 choices: “Avg”, “Max” and “OK”, none of which is explained in the manual. And I could go on with many other issues.

Copy/piracy protection for their maps is so obsessive that even their own staff cannot easily circumvent it in the (inevitable) case where copying is necessary. In my own case, I had to replace my 705 with another, but since I had already downloaded my (purchased) North American DVD of maps, I was unable to unlock the map without 3 hours (!) of telephone assistance from technical support. ! This is supposed to be called customer service?? There just has to be a better way…

The “Training Center” software, available as a free download from their web address, does not permit any user designation of units to be used in the graph, just how coarse or fine, for example, one can plot any particular variable (such as slope, or what Garmin calls `grade’) – it just arbitrarily chooses the ordinate, and cannot be changed. ? Surely Garmin can do better than this.

In sum: I have not tried other competitive models (or even know that they exist). As a cycling computer, this thing is amazing, blowing away the pre-GPS varieties, yet at the same time it is disappointing. With a bit more effort, especially with software and documentation, Garmin could have had something truly awesome. As it stands, it is a major achievement, but the user is made to feel uncomfortably dependent on tech support due to the poor documentation.

Amazon.com Product Description The Garmin Forerunner 301 is the next exciting addition to the Forerunner lineup. Take your workouts to the next level with all the great GPS features found in the Forerunner 201, plus the added capability of a continuous heart rate monitor. Knowing your heart rate while exercising lets you measure your exercise intensity and performance, giving you a powerful training tool. The Forerunner 301 training profiles can be customized for running, cycling, and other sports. For those interested in losing weight, improving fitness, reaching peak athletic performance, or just improving health to reduce heart-related problems, the Forerunner 301 delivers.

The easy-to-use, two-piece system consists of the wrist unit and a digital heart rate transmitter that you wear around your chest. The transmitter is coded that so there is no interference from other heart rate monitor users nearby. The 301 unit continuously monitors heart rate, speed, distance, pace, and calories burned. A heart rate zone chart, included with the manual, helps you target specific heart rate zones for optimal training. The unit’s built-in alerts help you maintain those heart rate zones. For those who don’t want to fuss with the charts, there’s an AutoLearn feature that allows the unit to learn your maximum heart rate and set zones accordingly. Pace, time, distance, interval workout, and advanced custom workout alerts are also included. Meanwhile, the AutoPause feature pauses and resumes the training timer based on a specified speed. Finally, the AutoLap feature records lap data when you reach a specified distance. Don’t worry about running out of room for your lap data; the unit boasts a 5,000-lap memory.

Like the Forerunner 201, the 301 also doubles as a basic navigator. You can mark your starting point as a specific location, see your current position on the plotter display, and follow an electronic breadcrumb trail back to your starting point. The built-in GPS receiver provides highly accurate data, and there’s no calibration required. Just turn it on and go.

The unit’s USB data port means that connecting the unit to your computer is easier than ever. The USB connection offers fast and reliable data transmission to any USB-equipped PC. And because analyzing workout data is an important tool in reaching one’s fitness goals, the 301 comes with Garmin Training Center software, which allows you to download workout data to your PC for detailed analysis. View data for each workout, including your heart rate, time, distance, speed, path traveled, and altitude. You can also track data for multiple sports and multiple users, and you can overlay workout data onto a map. The unit is compatible with MotionBased and TrainingPeaks, which are popular third-party training software packages.

With up to 14 hours of battery life, the 301′s rechargeable lithium-ion battery is designed for extended use. It’s also rugged and waterproof for up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. The unit ships with a 1-year warranty.

5 Stars Great product!
I used to use a Timex GPS that had a separate watch, a GPS unit that strapped to my arm, a heart monitor strap, and a receiver to tie them together on my belt. The Garmin has just a watch and a heart monitor strap. It is much easier to use, and the software is fairly simple to figure out. It is not the prettiest thing, but it beats having 4 thing attached when I run!!

5 Stars Repeat Buyer!
My wife has purchased two of the watches recently for me and another runner in our family for a gift. Neither one of us would think of going out to run without have our GPS Forerunner on! Easy to use and I like the larger display-Highly Recommended!

5 Stars Simple with many features
My wife bought me the Garmin Forerunner 301 for Christmas. I had wanted only a heart rate monitor, but this GPS device was a pleasant surprise! It works wonderful. It is simple in design and in ease of use. It appears slightly bulky, but when I wore it on my run, it didn’t bother me. In fact the large screen was easy to read. I mainly do 5K runs, so it’s not like I’m wearing it for an extended period of time either. But all in all, for what I use it for, it exceeds my expectations!

5 Stars Love my Garmin!!
I have been wanting to purchase a Garmin Forerunner. I looked at all the different units available and compaired different evaluations on all the Forerunners from a different website and saw that overall this unit was rated highly by its users. I LOVE this GPS!!!

So far – ease of use, the features offered are easy to access, and this product included a CD to load the proper program on my computer. The sync process is easy and the graphics on the program show me where I need to improve. I haven’t utilized the heartrate monitor yet so I will not be rating this.

Overall I am very please with the Garmin Forerunner 301.

4 Stars Great running tool
When i first started running i had a horrible time pacing myself and would burn out way to easily. After purchasing this device i saw i was able to keep a more solid pace on my runs and withing 1 month of using it i saw my 1.5mile run time go from 13mins to about 11mins. This is a must have for any kind of runner due to its versatility.

Watch Results
Loaded with serious training features, Forerunner 405CX continuously records your time, distance, pace, calories burned and heart rate. Each workout is stored in memory so you can review and analyze the data to see how you’ve improved. And advanced training features will challenge you to step up your pace–race against Forerunner’s Virtual Partner to improve your times, or set up interval workouts without having to circle the track. You can even download recorded courses to compete against previous workouts. To use the watch, simply tap the touch bezel to change screens without fumbling for a button.

Track Heart Rate
Forerunner 405CX comes with a flexible, wireless heart rate monitor to help you make the most out of your training. The digital heart rate monitor continuously tracks heart beats per minute and uses your heart rate for advanced calorie computation, so you know how many calories you’re burning. Train in a certain heart rate zone to improve your fitness level or compare your pace and heart rate to past performance on the same run.

Share Workouts Wirelessly
With Forerunner 405CX, you can share your locations, advanced workouts and courses wirelessly with other Forerunner 405 users. Send your favorite workout to your friends to try, or compete against someone else’s recorded course. Sharing data is easy: just select “transfer” to send your information to a nearby device.

Run, Sync, Store and Share
Once you’ve logged the miles, innovative ANT+ wireless technology automatically transfers data to your computer when Forerunner is in range. No cables, no hookups. The data’s just there, ready for you to analyze, categorize and share through our online community, Garmin Connect or our optional Garmin Training Center software. You can even plan workouts on your computer and then send them to your Forerunner.

Train Year Round
Take your training inside with the versatile Forerunner 405CX and optional wireless accessories. Pair it with an optional foot pod to track your speed, distance and running cadence indoors when GPS signals are unavailable. The wireless foot pod clips onto your laces for easy removal and automatically turns on when you start moving. Or pair your Forerunner with an optional speed/cadence bike sensor to track the speed and distance of your cycling workouts.

What’s in the Box
Forerunner 405CX, USB ANT stick, Heart rate monitor, Two additional wrist straps, AC charger, Charging clip, Owner’s manual on disk, Quick reference guide

User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars Garmin rebate
The first point of this review is actually to let people know that Garmin is offering a (…) rebate on this unit (blue only and 405 non-CX models) if purchased between 2/1/10 and 5/31/10 (…); I only found out about this offer accidentally when price checking on another site.

Now, the actual review – note, this is the first GPS unit for running that I have used, so I don’t have any basis for comparison. I also haven’t spent too much time with the unit yet, as I wanted to post the above rebate info asap.

The unit is bulky, but light. I immediately swapped out the plastic wristband for one of the velcro bands, which is definitely more comfortable. The touch bezel that seems to be the source of much angst is a little flighty, and I’m still getting used to it. Controls are not immediately intuitive, but one run through the owner’s manual pretty much got me up to speed. The customizable data fields that display during training are really cool. No problems pairing with HRM, acquiring GPS satellites, or pairing with ANT. GPS works as expected.

Two software options are available: Garmin Connect (online) and Garmin Training Center (downloaded from Garmin, installed on your computer). Training Center offers more detailed information and data tools for analyzing your workouts; however, the website is better with street maps (uses Google Maps), so this may be better if you do a lot of street running in a heavily populated area and you want to keep track of your routes. You can use either, or both.

5 Stars Garmin Forerunner 405CX
I love this watch! My only complaint is the instruction manual does not clearly describe how to use all the features but they are easy to figure out once you have used the watch a few times. I really like that you can upload all your runs to the Garmin Connect account and see mile by mile how fast you ran. This is a great watch and I would reccomend it to anyone.

5 Stars Love it
Great watch. I couldn’t get my HRM to pair, still trying to figure it out. Love it!

1 Star Mac Users: Don’t Buy This Watch (or any Garmin Product, Unfortunately)!
I have had a half-dozen Garmin products and would have considered myself a loyalist — until I switched from Windows to the Mac 3 years ago. Garmin treats Mac users as an afterthought, providing inferior software and updating it infrequently. When you try to get customer support, they have no idea about their Mac-based software, and usually give you the canned answers for the Windows software. When reporting major flaws in their too-few Mac updates, I have had to point out to customer service repeatedly that I am talking about the Mac software and have to tell them what is the latest version of the applicable software. Currently, the Mac software for the 405CX takes over all of the memory on my Mac and stops my wireless mouse and keyboard from working. I have little hope that what appears to be a serious flaw in their latest software update (Ant Agent 2.15) will be fixed anytime soon, as they don’t seem to be able to understand what I’m talking about.

5 Stars Very good!
The only con is that this watch could let available the two buttons when the bezel is locked. My sugestion is that first button (no function when locked) could turn on the light when bezel is locked.

In order to reach your fitness goals, you need to exercise at the right intensity. The stylish Polar FS2 heart rate monitor (HRM) helps you to easily and accurately measure your heart rate to help you get to just the right intensity or your exertion level. This basic HRM features added stopwatch and time-of-day watch features, extra-large digits for easy readability, and one-button functionality. It provides a visual and audible alarm when you reach your target heart rate zone. It provides information on total exercise time and average heart rate during total exercise time, as well as maximum heart rate of total exercise. It will also record the exercise date. It’s water resistant to 50 meters and has a convenient backlight.

Display features (in beats per minute, or bmp):

EKG accurate heart rate

Manual target zone

  About Polar
The first EKG accurate wireless heart rate monitor was invented by Polar back in 1977 as a training tool for the Finnish National Cross Country Ski Team. The concept of “intensity training” by heart rate swept the athletic world in the eighties. By the 1990s, individuals were looking to heart rate monitors not only for performance training needs, but also for achieving everyday fitness goals. Today, the same concept of heart rate training is being used by world-class athletes as well as everyday people trying to lose weight. Polar is the leading brand among consumers, coaches, and personal trainers worldwide and the company is committed to not only producing the best products, but also being the leading educator on the benefits of heart rate based exercise.

This is the second one i have purchased. I am deployed in Afghanistan and it works with all the gym equipment here.

Bang for the buck it is a great unit.

5 Stars reivew of Polar FS2 Heart rate monitor
I had the old model of this model and it lasted me over 5 years. Based on that, and the other reviews I read about this model, I decided to try the FS2. It is great!! It is a very good basic heart rate monitor. No bells and whistles, but I was looking for simple. I highly recommend reading through the manual, which is very short. It will give you some great tips so you can utilize the few features it does have, such as min/max heart rate limits, etc. All and all, a great buy. I’ve only had it a couple of months, so I don’t know about the battery life. Hopefully it will perform as well as the old one did!

5 Stars Polar Monitor
Takes a little getting used to, but once I understood the functions, it works great. Keeps me from exceeding HR objectives, both for me and my clients.

4 Stars Great product
This is a great product, I use it at the gym because the tredmill is compatable to it so I don’t have to wear the watch. When I run outside I wear it and I don’t have a problem with it. One thing that bothers me is the directions on the watch, it took a while to understand but I got it down to a science now. all in all it’s great, it does what it’s supose to do.

4 Stars Fine Product and Excellent Service
Polar FS2 Heart Rate Monitor Watch (Black)

I ordered this for my daughter because it’s considered the best. When it arrived, it was defective and the screen was blank. I reported this to Amazon. Immediately, I received a prepaid shipping label to return the defective item. Within three days, I received a replacement, faster than I thought possible. The replacement works PERFECTLY.

I am THRILLED with the outstanding customer service and recommend this product highly.
The Polar S625x Heart Rate Monitor goes wherever you gowhether it’s on a 20-mile run, 110-mile ride, or straight up a 14,000-foot peak, with all the information you need to maximize your workout. Not only does the S625x Heart Rate Monitor record heart rate and calories burned, it keeps you in your target heart rate and informs you of your maximum and average heart rates for each lap. The PolarOwn Optimizer determines whether you’ve rested enough between your last workout and your workout to come. Go out for a run knowing your exact speed and distance as you fly along the road or trail with the included pedometer/accelerometer pod. Hook the S625x Monitor up to your computer and get instant performance charting. Cross train on a burly hike as this heart rate monitor watch will record your altitude and ascent, then add optional bike sensors to train for a triathlon.

User Ratings and Reviews

2 Stars Mediocre at best
I have owned my S625X for about 18 months and still struggle with the confusing menus. I have a degree in IT yet the Polar user interface still baffles me! This unit has many design floors such as not being able to delete training files when the memory is full without connecting to your computer – not very convenient if you are not in the same place as your PC! Interference from power lines and the like is a big problem too and the software is again poorly designed and difficult to understand. I’m pretty disappointed with this product overall.

3 Stars A couple of things to keep in mind while running
The running option on this is a bit inaccurate. Keep in mind when you are calibrating this thing on a track, it says “if you are a walker, calibrate it while walking, not running”. Now I see why.

I was doing track intervals to test its accuracy, and it was a lot less accurate at higher speeds than while calibrating it at a 8 min/mile pace. Over a course of a 6 mile run, that in accuracy adds up.

Bottom line on the running option: If you are high tempo runner, calibrate it at a higher tempo. If you are walker, calibrate it accordingly.

The cycling function of it works great (same as the 725 that i’m replacing it with).

The New software is the same, just looks different. (if I’m wrong, please tell me).

5 Stars An Amazing Training Companion

The Polar 625X Running Computer is simply Awesome. I bough this watch about a year ago and I love it.

Once you star using it, you will be so hooked-up to all the useful information you receive during your running, walking, or any kind of training or workout that you embrace, that will never go out again without it.

Its the perfect complement to your desire to get in shape, improve your health or competitive level.

The watch is easy to use, especially if you have owned a Polar Heart Rate Monitor before. This model comes with the Polar food pod (a small device that you install in your shoe laces to measure distance and speed), the transmitter (this is the device with the chest strap), and a computer software that allows you to view, in a graphic representation, important information for each workout (Heart Rate, Pace, Distance, Speed, Temperature, and Elevation).

As soon as you star training and exercising with this magnificent watch, you feel as if you have a coach or a training partner with you.

If you are an athlete, an enthusiastic runner, a hobbyist, or just conscious about your shape and health, you will definitely love this watch. I do. I have owned different HRM from Polar, and without any doubt this is the very best for running.

This powerful running computer enables you to record personal performance, running and cycling data plus training conditions like altitude or temperature, then analyze your performance when you download via Infrared technology directly to your PC using the included Polar Precision Performance (PPP) 4.0 software. You’ll get total feedback on your training sessions by reviewing a variety of graphical summaries, trends and analysis on the computer. I really love the software, I believe the Polar Precision Performance (PPP) 4.0 software alone is well worth the price of this set.

Train and rest in the right balance. The OwnOptimizer test tells you whether you have recovered enough for your next training session. Based on the test, you are provided with a nice-scale description of your personal training status.

The OwnCal feature shows your energy expenditure during one exercise session as well as your accumulated kilocalories during several exercise sessions. It also allows you to set daily and weekly exercise goals in terms of calorie expenditure. The OwnIndex feature will determine your fitness level, track your improvements, and provide motivation. Polar’s OwnCode technology blocks unwanted signals from other heart rate monitors, ensuring disturbance-free transmission of your heart rate data.

Additionally you could add the bike mount (it’s really inexpensive, I got it for about 6 US$), an accessory that will allow you to take advantage of s625x running computer functionality when training in your bike. You install the bike mount on the handlebar and you are ready to wrap your watch around the bike mount. Now you will be able to follow your heart rate as you go on the road with your bike. The s625x offers the ability to enter two different wheel sizes, enabling you to train on two different bikes.

Prepare yourself to atart getting the best results from your training.

The Polar F6 heart rate monitor is a great choice for using in large groups where other exercisers might be using wireless training gear that could interfere with your own signal. The F6′s coded transmission prevents crosstalk with other monitors so you’ll get a personalized workout–even in a class environment. It’s packed with innovative training features to help you toward your exercise goals, including:

Zone Pointer: A visible and audible feature on the display of your heart rate monitor showing your target heart rate zone and where your current heart rate is within that zone.

Polar OwnCal: This feature shows your energy expenditure during one exercise session as well as your accumulated kilocalories during several exercise sessions. You can set daily and weekly exercise goals in terms of calorie expenditure with the OwnCal feature. Because the OwnCal tracks both the energy expenditure during one exercise session and the accumulated kilocalories during a longer time e.g. one week, it helps in achieving both short term and long term goals.

Polar OwnZone: This feature guides you through an appropriate warm-up routine and automatically determines a safe and effective exercise heart rate zone–your OwnZone–while taking into account your current physical condition.

Polar OwnCode: This technology blocks unwanted signals from other heart rate monitors, ensuring disturbance-free transmission of your heart rate data.

The Fitness Bullets feature shows a bullet on the monitor’s display for every 10 minutes spent exercising/training in your target heart rate zone. The Time in Target Zone feature calculates the amount of total exercise time spent in your personal target zone. You can use this feature together with the Total Exercise Time to determine the effectiveness of your exercise program. You can also better assess your training data using the included Polar Precision Performance (PPP) 4.0 software and the SonicLink feature, which wirelessly uploads exercise settings to the software or to Polar’s web service.

  Other features include:

Display of heart rate, exercise time and average heart rate

24-hour clock with day/week indicator and stopwatch

Large easy-to-read display with split screen

One-year average battery life

Water resistant to 30 meters (100 feet)

  Manufacturer’s Warranty
The original purchaser of this heart rate monitor is backed by a limited warranty that states that this product that the product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.

4 Stars Easy to use
The Polar F6 Heart Rate monitor is very easy to use, once you have read the directions. It tracks calories burned, as well as heart rate broken down into time in light, moderate and hard zones. It beeps when you are not in your target heart rate zone or when you are above it. This was initially annoying, but I hardly notice it now.

4 Stars Pretty Awesome Watch !
I think this watch is great. I have been using it for a few weeks and have not had an issue with it. Its comfortable and I dont even realize I am wearing the strap when I am working out. Its easy and fun to use and use it for running. It motivates me to workout harder and longer! My boyfriend has the same watch for men and he digs it too.

5 Stars Very effective monitor
This heart rate monitor is very easy to use. It is extremely accurate and comfortable. It has a watch, alarm and timer all in it. Great for general exercise monitoring.

5 Stars I’m Happy
I’ve been very happy with this watch. It’s cute and it does what I want. It’s easy to you and the chest strap is comfortable. The first watch I got didn’t work, but Amazon was shipping a new one before they even got my return. The second one has been fine.

5 Stars Helps keep me motivated
I love how I can see how many calories I burned. The machines at my gym normally way I burn a 50 + more calories than I actually did. It also helps keep me motivated to stay in my target heart rate zone. Was a little difficult to program but once I played around I got it.

Love this watch!
